NBTA currently offers two levels of Membership, plus a Guest option:

Guest - this offers entry to NBTA regional competitions on a single term basis, on payment of the current entry fees, plus the £10 admin fee. 

Basic - this offers entry to all NBTA Regional competitions, as well as NBTA National Championships, but in the following events ONLY:

Struts - Basic, Military, Fancy & Poms

Teams - Dance & Pompons, Military Formation & Dance Formation

Any Open Events

No entry to England Team Selections.

Full - allows entry to Regional, National (if qualified) and England team selection (if relevant criteria met) competitions, along with preferential rates for training and insurance cover (full details on request)

On joining NBTA, Corps Directors for a new corps and Member or Parent of new Independent members will be issued with a Username and Password to access the Competition area of the NBTA website, to input their competition entries on line.

A current digital passport-sized photograph of head & shoulders for all members should be uploaded for their Membership badge. No pictures in school uniform please.

GUEST: £10 admin fee, per athlete, per competition

  • Open to non-NBTA corps and individuals
  • £10 admin fee per individual
  • Contestants may enter two regional competitions only as guests

BASIC: £15 per member

  • Entry at regional & national competition restricted to certain events.
  • £15 per corps member
Join now

FULL: £30 per member

  • Corps registration £50, plus £30 per corps member
  • Independent membership - £30

Allows (some at additional cost):

  • Entry into all regional and national competition and development training (if applicable)
  • Entry into England Team selections (if current criteria met).
  • One corps director’s pass for regional and national competitions
  • One additional pass to regional competitions will be issued in return for providing a clerk throughout said competition.
  • Public Liability & Personal Injury insurance cover
